Ahmad Networks LLC is not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by missing information, unavailable devices, ISP issues, third-party service outages, incorrect credentials, limited access, or client-side restrictions.
Some services may require remote access to routers, firewalls, computers, servers, cloud platforms, or other network devices. Remote access will only be used for the agreed service purpose.
The client should back up important configurations, files, and data before any technical changes are made. I take reasonable care while performing technical work, but network, router, firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi, or device changes may sometimes cause temporary connectivity issues.
The client is responsible for saving important passwords, recovery codes, backup files, and account access information
Any credentials, network details, diagrams, or access information shared with Ahmad Networks LLC will be used only for the requested service.
For security, the client is encouraged to change or rotate passwords after the service is completed, especially for router, firewall, VPN, server, hosting, and cloud accounts.
Ahmad Networks LLC may recommend, configure, or troubleshoot third-party hardware, software, VPN services, cloud platforms, internet services, routers, firewalls, or other tools.
Ahmad Networks LLC is not responsible for the performance, pricing, policies, updates, compatibility, downtime, security issues, or service outages of third-party providers, products, or platforms.
I work to provide reliable, secure, and practical network solutions. However, Ahmad Networks LLC cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall, or network service because performance may depend on ISPs, hardware, software, user devices, third-party platforms, power availability, location, and client-side usage.
Support is provided based on the selected package, service agreement, or written confirmation.
Support does not include unrelated new projects, hardware replacement costs, ISP troubleshooting beyond reasonable guidance, third-party provider issues, or work outside the agreed scope unless separately approved.
Cancellation and refund terms may depend on the service type, time spent, project progress, and work already completed.
Once consultation, troubleshooting, configuration, remote access, planning, or technical work has started, fees may be partially or fully non-refundable.

Any client network details, credentials, diagrams, business information, or technical information shared with Ahmad Networks LLC will be treated as confidential and used only for providing the requested service.
